Groove configuration:

Slot concentration: 2 ~ 5% Slot pH range: 4.0 ~ 5.5

For every 1000kg of tank liquid: when adding ZP-525 is 20-30kg, if the pH of the tank is lower than 4.0, a small amount of ZP-300 should be added while stirring to control the final pH in the range of 4.0 ~ 5.5

Control points:

pH value: 4.0 ~ 5.5 Concentration: 2% ~ 5%

Time: 30 ~ 120S (spray) 90 ~ 240S (soak)

Temperature: room temperature

Film weight

The total film weight of the conversion film is 30 ~ 130 mg/m2 and the zirconium content of the film is 15 ~ 65 mg/m2
