It is suitable for various die-casting aluminum, aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, zinc materials, zinc alloys and other products. It undergoes chemical oxidation treatment on the surface of aluminum alloy at a fast speed, resulting in a film layer with good corrosion resistance and strong adhesion to the coating.


[Performance characteristics]

1. Green acidic concentrated liquid containing trivalent chromium salt, used for trivalent chromium passivation treatment of various aluminum materials

2. The anti-corrosion performance is equivalent to hexavalent chromium passivation and can replace the hexavalent chromium passivation process

3. Can be used for post-treatment of anodizing

4. Form a transparent, light colored coating on the surface of the workpiece being processed

5. Meets or even exceeds the corrosion resistance standards of MIL-DTL-81706 and MIL5541 (according to ASTMB-117 and DIN 50021 SS neutral salt spray test standards, white rust begins to form after 264 hours)

6. Low contact resistance, less than 5000 µ Ohm/square inch according to MIL-DTL-81706B

Trivalent chromium passivation agent can be used for soaking, spraying, and wiping treatments, and can be used for tap water distribution tanks.
